What form of payments do you accept?
         We use exclusively electronic payments through PayPal.

 

Can I track the status of my shipped toy?
          Yes, a USPS tracking number will be provided upon shipment. All domestic shipments will be via USPS priority mail.

 

Do you ship internationally?
          We ship only to Canada and the United States.

 

Do you also purchase antique toys?
          Yes, we will buy anywhere from 1 toy to an entire collection. For any toy you are interested in selling please send a picture, asking price, and description to antiquetoysusa@aol.com.

 

If I have toys in need of repair, where can I get them restored?
          We have over 30 years of experience restoring cast iron toys. Please send pictures and a description of any work you may need to be done to antiquetoysusa@aol.com.

 

What is your return policy?
          We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us at antiquetoysusa@aol.com, and we will issue you a refund. The antique toy must be returned in the same condition as purchased and the return shipping postmarked within 14 days from original delivery. The cost of return postage is the responsibility of the buyer.
